Shared branding. These settings are the default for your borrower, realtor newsletters. Switch to the Realtors view to customize branding just for that newsletter.

Optional third newsletter for real-estate investor contacts. Topics rotate weekly through DSCR, BRRRR, fix-and-flip, rental cash flow, 1031 exchanges, and more. This newsletter is activated by the RadCRM support team — reach out to support to enable it for your account.

Send all newsletters in Spanish
Flips the borrower, realtor newsletters to fully conversational Spanish at once. You can still override an individual audience from its Content tab.
Identity
Go to your RAD account → Settings → Media Storage, upload your logo, click it, and copy the URL. PNG or SVG recommended.
Square photo recommended. Combine with the toggle below to show it in the "Your Mortgage Advisor" card.
When on, the headshot URL above is shown in place of the brand-color initial circle. Leave off to keep the initial.
Upload your signature PNG to your RAD account → Settings → Media Storage, click it, and paste the URL here. It will appear below the closing line in every newsletter.

Used for the header gradient and accent details (section labels, bullets, accent borders). Leave blank to match the primary color.

Used for "Book a Call" CTA. Also used for the "Check My Rate" CTA when no rate link is set below.
Optional. Overrides the booking link for the "Check My Rate" CTA — point this at a form, application, or rate quote tool.
Social Links
Add your social profile URLs. Only filled-in platforms will show as icon buttons in the newsletter footer.
